Prophecy for 2022 – Part 1

Year of Excellence

2022 will be a year of excellence. God’s people will experience excellence in every area of their life: spirituality, wisdom and understanding, marriage, ministry, career and academics, etc. They will receive the Spirit of Excellence as it was on Prophet Daniel (Daniel 5:12,14). The Spirit of Excellence will cause them to be distinguished, even amongst the best of the world.

People in authority will notice and recognize God’s people with the Spirit of Excellence. Moreover, the Spirit of Excellence will cause God’s people to be promoted to positions of authority. It will cause them to be preferred over those who are already holding positions of authority (Daniel 6:3). It will also cause God’s people to be preferred over the excellent people of the world.

Year of Possibilities

2022 will be a year of possibilities (Luke 1:37). What was impossible until last year will become possible this year for God’s people (Matthew 19:26). The chains of impossibilities which limited God’s people and tied them down will be broken. Earlier, their wings were chained, so they couldn’t fly higher.

But in 2022, the chains of God’s people will be broken and God will renew their wings to empower them to reach new heights of success (Philippians 4:13). Their level of faith will significantly increase this year, enabling them to perform great signs and wonders (Mark 9:23).

Year of Satisfaction

God’s people will not suffer want in 2022, no matter what situation they are in, even in drought (Proverbs 13:25, Psalm 132:15, Isaiah 58:11). They will be satisfied with the best of things (Psalm 63:5). Moreover, God will satisfy their needs with abundance.

Psalm 81:10 says, “I am the LORD your God, who brought you up out of Egypt. Open wide your mouth and I will fill it.” No matter how big the need or heart’s desire of God’s people will be, He is able to fulfill it. Just as a mother eagle feeds her little ones having their mouth wide open, the Lord will satisfy His people with the choicest of things and in abundance.

Joel 2:26 says, “You shall eat in plenty and be satisfied, and praise the name of the LORD your God, Who has dealt wondrously with you; and My people shall never be put to shame.”

God’s people will also be satisfied with spiritual blessings (Psalm 91:16). The hunger and thirst for the Lord will increase and God’s people will seek righteousness even more in 2022 (Psalm 17:15, Psalm 65:4). God will then satisfy them (John 4:14, Matthew 5:6).

Romans 15:13 says, “May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in Him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.” Psalm 37:4 says, “Delight yourself in the Lord, and He will give you the desires of your heart.”

Year of Eating the Fruit of Righteousness

In 2022, God’s people will eat the fruit of righteousness in Christ and of their service unto God. Isaiah 3:10 says, “Tell the righteous that it shall be well with them, for they shall eat the fruit of their deeds.” Psalm 128:1-2 says, “Blessed is every one that feareth the Lord; that walketh in His ways. For thou shalt eat the labor of thine hands: happy shalt thou be, and it shall be well with thee.”

Isaiah 61:6 says, “But ye shall be named the Priests of the Lord: men shall call you the Ministers of our God: ye shall eat the riches of the Gentiles, and in their glory shall ye boast yourselves.” Until last year, some of God’s people only received their blessings and answers to their prayers. For some reason, they were not able to enjoy their blessings or eat the fruit of righteousness. In 2022, however, they will unpack their blessings and relish the fruit of righteousness.

Secondly, the fruit of righteousness will be more than enough for God’s people to even share it with people in need. Nehemiah 8:10 says, “Then he said to them, “Go your way, eat the fat, drink the sweet, and send portions to those for whom nothing is prepared; for this day is holy to our Lord. Do not sorrow, for the joy of the LORD is your strength.”

The fruit of righteousness is not only blessings from God, but more importantly, it also represents the souls His people have won for the Kingdom of Light. Proverbs 11:30 says, “The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life; and he that winneth souls is wise.”

As God’s people preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ with the anointing of the Holy Spirit, they will win scores of souls for the Lord. Besides winning souls, God will use His people to transform the lives of those souls and give them His identity. This will also bring a glorious end-time revival in 2022. In Isaiah 61:3, the Scripture says, “…that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the Lord, that He might be glorified.”
